Description

Shows a man and woman in a car which is being towed by a tow truck. There are suitcases piled up on the roof and the front of the car is dented. The truck is pulling up outside a garage and the driver is talking out the car window to the mechanic about the accident. Refers to Wellington's Featherston Street being changed to two-way traffic after being one-way.
