The Prime Minister, Sid Holland, seated on the steps of Parliament at the foot of two large columns, a broken door behind him. A broken and leaking roof is allowing rain to pour onto his hat, he is attempting to play an accordion and a dog, marked Parliament, is howling at his side. He is singing 'The tin roof leaks and the chimney leans / Thar's a hole in the seat of my ole blue jeans / And I've ate the last of pork 'n beans / Just can't depend on nuthin'! - Radio hit. A newsclipping on the left is headed 'Parliament's leaky roofs. New million pound wing only alternative'. Suggests that the Prime Minister needs to busk to raise money for repairs to Parliament.
