Workers with a truck are building something which includes a sign that reads 'Kiss me Stew'. One of the workers tells the Minister of Education, Ronald Algie, 'This one is a very topical burlesque - Laurel and Hardy stuff - not much Laurel, but plenty of Hardy - it'll be a scream!' Context is unknown.
At bottom of cartoon in pencil is text reading Piece de resistance and beneath that '3 col - Late News today'.
