Description

This cartoon features Prime Minister Kirk leaning on his desk. He is telling Labour Minister Hugh Watt that his final move over the Springbok Tour is to laugh at it. Hugh Watt replies that he is off to crack a few jokes with the freezing workers who are involved in a dispute. On Kirk's desk is a memo to appoint a Minister of Humour and the possibilities are Watt, Walding, Finlay, Freer or himself.
