A New Zealand soldier leans out the window of a jeep to read a sign erected in the New Zealand sector of the 8th Army Front, Faenza area, Italy. The sign reads: "No vehicles past this point. Beware! Jerry can see you." A silver fern insignia is on the corner of the sign. Snow is on the ground. Photograph taken in Jan 1945, by George Frederick Kaye.
