A large rectangular casino building to the right, with a dense queue of people going in the entry door, and an equally large queue of people leaving. The people in the departing queue are going straight into the tower being built next door, and jumping to their deaths off the crane on top of the tower. Refers to the nearly completed Sky City Casino and Sky Tower and to the percentages of unsuccessful gamblers and to their desperation.
