The Minister of Education, Trevor Mallard, lies pummelled in the corner of a boxing ring. His trainer is Prime Minister Helen Clark, who wears a t-shirt inscribed with "Mallard the mauler" and urges him to have another round with National's education spokesman, Bill English. Refers to Mallard coming under fire from opposition MPs over issues relating to 2004's NCEA scholarship examinations and the mishandling of funds by Maori education provider Te Wananga o Aoteoroa.
