[Crawford, James Coutts] 1817-1889 :Mr Bidwill's house, Wairarapa. [1847?]

A shed-like house made of upright wooden slats, with an open door and two small windows at the near end. Outside the front door are two pigs. There is bush behind the house. The property was called Pihautea, at Kahutara, near Featherston
