Description

Shows New Zealand Prime Minister Gordon Coates holding a ladder against a wall with a brush in one hand. He has put his foot in a bucket of glue (titled mal-administration) which he is using to stick a poster up on the wall. The poster relates to Samoan deportations. There is another man with a hat on looking over the wall at him. The cartoon refers to political trouble with the Mau in Samoa and to illegal immigrants (both human and insect) and consequent deportations from New Zealand
