Terrorways (Musical group)

Punk band that grew out of Rooter (1977-1978). Terrorways were performing in Auckland in 1978-1980, at Zwines, Island of Real, Globe Tavern, Windsor Castle and the State Theatre dances. Members included Chris Orange (bass), Pete Mesmer (guitar), Kerry Buchanan then Gary Hunt (drums), John ‘No-one’ Hunter (vocals) and Dean Martelli (guitar). They reformed for the AK79 reunion in 2008.
