- Description
View of the interior of the dining room at Hinemoa Hotel at Te Aroha. There is an ornate sideboard with mirrored panels, and with two large vases sitting on lace doilies, the sideboard flanked by aspidistras. The tables are set with white linen tablecloths and napkins, flowers, and crystal cruets, and the chairs are bentwood. The walls are painted tongue and groove panels at the base, with strongly patterned wallpaper above, and there are lace curtains at the windows. Photographed by Albert Percy Godber circa 1916.
