Plan of Gwava's estate, providing name and acreage of several runs of farm land, from the Poporangi Stream southwards to the Mangamauku and Mangaonuku Streams, Tikokino, Central Hawkes Bay.
Examples of names of the blocks are Winter Range Block (2165-2-0), Wether Paddock, Tolma Hapu Block, 930 acres, Far Maraekakaho Paddock, 810 acres. The homestead is situated on 66 acres. Some blocks are unnamed.
