Includes list of names for "claim E, Titirangi to Waitara", for hapu other than Otaraua.
Also mentions claims by Matiaha Tiramorehu for the area from Kaiapoi to Kaikoura for the Kai Tahu tribe, lands purchased from Ngati Toa by the Crown, and an emerging sentiment that the original purchase was ill founded.
