One is saluting and complaining that despite their threats, the Russians have failed to invade New Zealand, now that N. Z. is no longer protected by the ANZUS treaty. Two other generals have papers in front of them, one headed 'Memorandum of understanding U. S. A. & N. Z.'; the other paper is headed 'Kill a commie for Mommie'.
