Inside the snake are Jawaharlal Nehru, Prime Minister of India, Charles de Gaulle, President of France, Robert Menzies, Prime Minister of Australia, Harold Macmillan, Prime Minister of Great Britain, John Diefenbaker, Prime Minister of Canada, Keith Holyoake, Prime Minister of New Zealand and two unidentified members of SEATO (the South-East Asia Treaty Organisation).
