Shows a view of Wellington Harbour from Brooklyn, with the Carillon at the extreme right. The Te Aro area and the houses on Mt Victoria are also shown, as well as the wharves on th waterfront. Somes Island (Matiu) is in the right distance, with the Hutt Valley beyond.
Other Titles - Belfry
The Carillon was built in 1931, and therefore this view must have been painted after that.
