Original Evening Post caption reads: "Potential immigrants to New Zealand, Chang Yieshan (foreground at right) and his wife, Chang Wu SuChin, assess the attractions of Wellington at a special seminar in the Capital yesterday. They were part of a group of 40 Taiwanese business people being encouraged to settle in Wellington. A special seminar on investment opportunities, residential and property values, finance and banking was arranged by the Wellington Regional Enterprise Board."
