A row of trench mortars captured by the New Zealand Expeditionary Force on display outdoors in London, as a sign on a mortar indicates. Probably taken at the time of the Lord Mayor's Show immediately before the armistice that ended World War I. Several soldiers pose with the guns. Photograph taken probably November 1918 by Thomas Frederick Scales.
