Copy of an unpublished map of Waiheke Island. Shows land owners, old land claims, land adjudicated by Maori Land Court, 'penny an acre' land, land sold under Sir George Grey's 1853 regulations, land sold under Auckland Waste Lands Act 1858 and land alienated to general government.
