Description: In eight frames, an Auckland Regional Authority transport committee meets to make suggestions for the transport problems facing Auckland. 'What we need Mr Chairman is revolutionary thinking.' They proceed to describe the old system of trams and ferries - 'Perhaps something running on rails, with wooden seats, powered by electricity, that go clang! clang!, connecting with a network of coal-burning ferries to the Shore.' The last frame shows the city at night with discussions still going on in the ARA building, 'By Jove, I think we're on to something.' Quantity: 1 original cartoon(s).
