Description: Shows two vignettes: a New Zealand rugby player returns from an Australian visit complaining to the Rugby Football Union that Open Rugby was sabotaged. In the lower vignette, a member of the French rugby team (1968 European champions) about to tour New Zealand seeks advice from an Australian rugby player on the "tactics for defeating Open Rugby & N.Z. rugby in particular". Description: Shows Muldoon hitting a golf ball which has knocked two men (Banks and Imports) on their heads. The second scene shows him swinging his golf club and knocking over a small tree. In the next scene, he is hitting a golf ball and looking behind him at his golf bag (Exchequer). There is a piece of paper showing out for the bag which has "No cash" on it. The fourth scene shows him hitting the ball out of a sand pit. The last scene shows Muldoon putting the ball towards the hole where another man is standing with his hand on the flag. Refers to Muldoon's golf game with the Japanese Ambassador which was to be used in a film promoting New Zealand in Japan. Extended Title - We don't believe in mixing politics and sport, but if the Cabinet Ministers are to be used to putt our country on the map, we suggest the Minister of Finance. Fore!
