'The Politician' cartoon strip.

On the 25th of January, 2005, Don Brash gave his second Orewa speech (the first being on the treaty of Waitangi). The speech, entitled Welfare Dependency- Whatever Happened to Personal Responsability?, was controversial in its hardline stance toward beneficiaries.
