Head and shoulders portrait of Ngarangi Kaihuia. She is wearing a korowai (traditional Maori tag cloak), two huia tail feathers in her hair, a moko on her chin and lips, and a hei-tiki around her neck. Photograph taken by William Henry Thomas Partington, ca 1910, probably at Wanganui.
