Original caption reads: "N.Z.E.F. in Japan. Yamaguchi. Mr Kim Yong San who is Vice Presedent of the Yamaguchi Prefectural Korean League (with megaphone) addresses the meeting from the balcony of the Prefectural Government Building. His speech was received with much enthusiasm considering that his audience had been standing for twenty-four hours." Photographed by an army photographer.
