- Description
Hapi-te-Pataki and other Maori arriving at Northcote Point on the occasion of the ceremony to mark Northcote becoming a Borough. The Maori party can be seen crossing the foot-bridge carrying a flag and there is a crowd of people in the background watching. Among the watching crowd is a woman holding a baby and two perambulators. Behind a large clump of trees in the background can be seen a two-storied house. Taken 8 August 1908 by William Archer Price of Auckland
