A poster showing inset advertisements for many Wellington businesses, together with inset calendars for each month of the year, and a list of shipping to and from Wellington and San Francisco for the year 1892.
Companies advertised include: Fielder's (furniture, Manners Street); H Trueman (boot and shoe maker, Petone); Colonial Mutual; John Duthie and Co (ironmongers); A J Bennett (ironmonger); Government Life Insurance; W R Leighton (Petone furniture maker); D Asher's furniture warehouse; Grace, Clarke & Co (knitting machine makers); T Shields (tailor), George Winder (cutlery); J H Powell (Petone grocer); T P Coveney (Cuba St grocer); Te Aro House; A Lindsay (boots and shoes); The Hat Box; Globe House (grocers); Potter and Farquhar (shoes); J C McKerrow (sharebrokers and accountants); T Dickson (grocer); Sykes's "Cura Cough"; Australian Mutual Providence Society.
