Photographer unknown: Boxing matches in the bush

Two photographs of two boxers and other young men at the start of boxing matches, possibly the same group of men on each occasion. They are wearing school caps and other head gear and are camping in the bush with a makeshift tent, cooking equipment etc. One of the photographs has the inscription "Xmas 1883" on it. Photographer unidentified.
