- Description
In a threadbare flat, a Vietnam war protester, bearded and with shaggy hair, and seated on a mattress on the floor, says to his longhaired companion who sits at the table, It's not right that an anti-war demonstration should be so peaceful! A paper is on the floor and has the headline, Anti-Vietnam demonstation 'a damp squib'; riot fears unfounded. The Thoughts of Mao is on a shelf, and there are placards leaning against the walls.
