The text continues with rules for using the Hill: "The public will be admitted to view the Hill on Mondays only, during this season. No admittance will on any account be granted on any other days. No ale or spirits or other refreshments, will be allowed to be sold on the Hill; and all horses must be removed immediately after their arrival at the Hill. Entrance from the Leicester and Ashby Turnpike only. No visitors by special trains will be admitted into the Grounds".
