Caption - Back in New Zealand after nearly 30 years is Howard Kinsman, one of South Africa's foremost sprinters since the First World War. He and Mr L A Tracy are standing in front of the stand on which Stan Lay will take the oath of amateurism on behalf of all athletes when the Games carnival opens at Eden Park tomorrow.
