A view overlooking Brooklyn Road where a tram has fallen off the track on its side. There is a crowd around it and another tram descending the hill. The tram tracks are surrounded by farmland. Photographer unidentified.
On the evening of 3 May, 1907, a tram ran out of control down Brooklyn Hill. One passenger, Mrs Eliza Bell, was killed.
