Shows John Plimmer's wharf and his warehouse, "Noah's Ark", built on the hulk of the wrecked barque "Inconstant". Shows also Barrett's hotel and people in the street, looking north along Lambton Quay (the beachline), with Holdsworth and Knowles also clearly marked. Plimmer Wharf is written on the side of the building above the hull and a flag is flying at the front door of the structure.

Alternative form available: Photographic copy of a redrawing of the Library's ink drawing located at D-018-003. The photographic copy is clearer than the original drawing, since the original drawing is on stained brown paper and its details are fainter.
