Copy of cadastral plan with numbered land blocks each with owner's name. The map extends from Ohariu Bay, Wellington in the north, the coast to the west, south to Sinclair Head and Island Bay and east to Miramar. Does not include central Wellington, Thorndon, Newtown, Lyell Bay, Rongotai or Seatoun but does include most of Makara, some of Miramar and Wadestown as well as the whole of Karori, Northland, Kelburn, Wilton, Ngaio and Highbury.
Some roads and topographical features also shown.
