- Description
The cartoon shows Jim Bolger and Winston Peters walking around with paper bags over their heads. Jim says to Winston, `Hey Winston! You're supposed to follow yer leader on this one...'. Refers to the National Party policy on ANZUS, which no one seemed to know a lot about. The National Party had indecision among its members which further hindered the development of the policy. It seems everyone was left in the dark.
