Caption - Original Evening Post caption reads: 'Prime Minster Geoffrey Palmer's wife Margaret inspects her new home - the Premier's House at 260 Tinakori Road. The house was handed over by contractors yesterday, finished on time and within its $1 million budget. The Palmers will move in shortly. Above Mrs Palmer checks the main function room which will be used for public occasions. The private accommodation includes four bedrooms, a study and living rooms.'
