Extended Title - Muldoon rang editors he didn't like late at night. Helen rings reporters she does like late at night. Muldoon was blindly loyal to every no-hoper in cabinet. Helen publicly rebukes competent ministers for any failings. Helen interferes in every portfiolio. Muldoon didn't let anyone else have a portfolio.
