Illuminated address to the Minister for Native Affairs, John Bryce, from the citizens of Waitara. It is surrounded by a decorative border including three small sepia vignettes of Mount Taranaki, Ngauruhoe and the Pink and White Terraces. The text mentions a trip to the interior of the North Island, recently completed by Bryce.
According to a note in the Reference Biographies Index under Bryce's name, this address was never presented to Bryce.
