Shows former prime minister Sir Robert Muldoon standing in the debris after his seventieth birthday party, with three large balloons, and a littered floor.
Published in the Otago Daily Times and in the Nelson Evening Mail in 1991.
Exhibited in 'A Bit of Cheek: The Many Faces of Muldoon' an exhibition organised by the New Zealand Cartoon Archive Trust in association with the Alexander Turnbull Library, late 1992-1994.
