Public notice attached to a tree in the Moutoa Gardens, Wanganui. The notice informs the public that the Gardens are now Pakaitore Marae, and that persons entering the gardens are subject to the rules of protocol in accordance with Te Tikanga O Whanganui. The notice also lists rules and the consequences for infringing them. Photograph taken by Evening Post staff photographer Phil Reid on the 5th of May 1995.
