Cadastral sketch map of subdivision showing sections for sale on Parkvale Road, and part of Karori Road, Karori, Wellington, prepared by Turnbull and Watkins for H W Hunt, Esq, Karori Crescent. Sections are numbered, part surveyed and show acreage; three are marked 'sold'. Notes on map give section frontage measurements, prices and terms. Section 18 has been sold to H Edwards. The name 'Monaghan' is written in top left corner of map. The position of the Post Office on Karori Road is marked.
The sketch map is drawn on the reverse of Turnbull & Watkins letterhead.
