Part of Phillip King's front garden with a picket fence, looking past bare trees towards low hills and the Bay of Islands, with small islands and water. The trees may be fruit trees or dead native trees. Phillip King lived above Te Puna Inlet
Location: the name Waiaua is no longer in use for the area around Te Puna Inlet, where Phillip King lived in 1841. It is not Waiaua Bay, near Matauri Bay, which is some distance north of the Bay of Islands
