A coach pulled by two horses on a road with a bush background. The phrase W. Newman is possibly a reference to a coaching firm; by 1865 William Newman (father of Henry and Thomas Newman) had begun transporting provisions for goldminers at Wakamarina and Canvastown, although a West Coast location is not mentioned in DNZB vol 2, page 353.
