A group of men and a woman who constituted the Emergency Supplies Committee in Wellington, dealing with the city's supply problems during the 1951 lockout. The committee included the mayor, Mr Macalister, Sir William Perry and Messrs W H Price, W J Arcus, A J Costelloe, W J Blyth, F Bognuda and Captain M P Congdon. Photograph taken circa 23 July 1951 by an Evening Post photographer.
