Arrangement of text with royal crest at top centre. The Wellington Rifle Comppany wanted to increase its number to 100. Minimum height of applicants was to be 5ft. 6 inches; chest measurement 32 inches; age, 17 years and upwards. Signed by H.S.E. Hobday, Captain Commanding W. Rifles.
Inscriptions: Recto - bottom right - Evening Post typ.
