Reproduction of an illustration of sharks circling around a buoy which bears the initials F H.
The initials are likely to stand for the artist Frances Hodgkins, and the work is likely to be a commentary on the criticism and furore caused by the proposed purchase of Hodgkins' "Pleasure Garden" by the Christchurch City Council.
