This cartoon features four scenes of a man and woman discussing the reported drop in the income tax take. The man complains that the workers should be working harder and the woman replies that he used to say that the tax rate was too high and that working harder was just a waste of effort. The man replies that was before he turned 60 and now he has a different view as he looks forward to superannuation
