Steam locomotive and driver. Photograph taken by Albert Percy Godber in 1911.

Similar image (APG-1389-1/2-F) with original print at Pa1-q-103 (Godber album, Vol 110, p 114), with caption "Built by Orenstein & Keppel (Ger). Used by Coal Co. in north. Later in Whangarei, Portland Cement - now preserved at Matakohe". Coal company and place from caption above.

Built by Orenstein & Koppel, Germany (no. 1411). Used by the Northern Colliery Co., Waro. Later taken to Whangarei for use by Portland Cement, and then preserved at Matakohe.
