- Description
The cartoon shows a man representing the drunk and stupid and a skeleton, dressed up as Santa Claus, representing death. In his sack the skeleton has a bunch of crosses rather than toys, and while saying ho ho ho he is handing one out to the drunk and stupid, who thanks him for the present. Refers to drunk driving over the Christmas holiday.
