Numbered sections on the base map include acreages, boundary measurements and the site of one building on section 26, Evans Bay Parade. Rights of way are marked and a zig-zag path up Poto Road. Evans Bay and Kio Bay are named. Notes dated 1927, 1928, 1929 refer to boundary changes with lot numbers.
