Description

The Governor General Sir Bernard Fergusson, Lady Fergusson and their son Geordie being landed on Raoul Island in a large basket suspended from a boom. Photographed by an Evening Post staff photographer on the 20th of April 1964.

Sir Bernard Fergusson and his family were making a state tour of the pacific Islands.
